1. Services Offered

Orlando’s Trees LLC provides tree removal, stump grinding, landscaping, excavation, hardscaping, drainage systems, foundation repair, and outdoor construction services. All work is performed based on agreed-upon estimates and timelines.

2. Estimates and Payments

We provide free estimates upon request. Once approved, a written agreement or invoice will be provided. Payments can be made via cash, check, or credit card. A deposit may be required before project commencement. Final payment is due upon completion unless otherwise agreed.

3. Scheduling and Delays

While we strive to meet all scheduled timelines, certain services may be delayed due to weather conditions, site complications, or unforeseen issues. Clients will be informed promptly of any delays or changes to the project schedule.

4. Cancellations and Rescheduling

Clients may cancel or reschedule appointments with at least 48 hours’ notice. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice may be subject to a cancellation fee. Emergency cancellations due to weather or unsafe conditions are exempt.

5. Property Access and Liability

Clients are responsible for providing clear and safe access to the work area. Orlando’s Trees LLC is not liable for damage to underground utilities unless notified in advance of their exact location. We are fully insured and take all reasonable precautions to protect your property.

6. Warranties and Guarantees

We stand by the quality of our work. Certain services may include limited warranties (e.g., foundation repairs or paver installations). These warranties will be outlined in the service agreement. Natural events such as storms or tree regrowth are not covered.

7. Safety and Compliance

We follow all local and state safety regulations. Clients agree not to interfere with ongoing work and to maintain a safe distance from equipment and work zones.

8. Changes to Services

Any requested changes to the original scope of work must be approved in writing and may affect pricing and timelines. Additional services not included in the original estimate will be billed separately.

9. Privacy Policy

We respect your privacy. Any personal information collected through our website or communications is used solely to provide our services and will not be sold or shared with third parties.

10. Governing Law

The laws of the State of New York govern these Terms and Conditions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Westchester County, New York.
